We are a young company, located in Poland and founded by a group of specialists with many years of experience in IT. Our core activity is professional web development outsourcing.
Setting up Leuconoe S&H, we wished to create a project management system that simultaneously allows high standards maintenance and clients' costs optimization. There remains no doubt that this goal has been achieved, our references being proof of that.
Moreover, since the beginning Leuconoe S&H has been implementing the concept of Corporate Social Responsibility, which makes us distinct from our competitors. Quality
The projects realized by Leuconoe S&H assure high quality. In order to guarantee it, we use our own test procedures and a complex test environment, individually matched in every project, so that it reflects the 1:1 scale real-life production environment, where the application will be working.
Methodology
In order to provide you with the final product of highest quality and to maintain the high level of satisfaction of the project teams, we have staked on the Agile Management methods. As a result the work on the project is executed in a light, yet ordered and controlled manner. We ensure our clients with the access to daily project documentation, which allows current progress monitoring of the activities executed. We divide bigger projects into so-called partial products that are received by the client gradually as the work advancement evolves. Each partial product handed over may later on be modified by the client, while still in the phase of the whole project development. As a consequence, the cost of the implementation of possible changes is substantially lower in comparison with the model in which the client receives a finished product and then reports the modifications.
People
Poland - on the IT world map it is a recognizable brand. Hard-working, persistent in goal achievement and conscientious - these are only a few of the Poles' character traits. One has to remember that we are among world's top programmers in many prestigious categories, e.g. in algorithmics. As an example we can name a number of victories of Polish teams in different international competitions like: TopCoders in 2009 (algorithms), TopCoders Open or the gold won in 2003 and in 2007 at the International Collegiate Programming Contest.
Technology
Nothing is impossible for us. In our projects we reach far beyond standard web development. We are able to create hybrid solutions that form bridges between various technologies, shall the project require it.
